STRIKE

STRIKE brings together fitness boxing with dark lights and heavy beats to deliver a full body knockout, start to finish.

​

Think beat-based boxing drills mixed with full body functional training, add loud music, and sprinkle in some dramatic lighting to give you that main character glow: all the ingredients you need to go off and get wild.

STRENGTH

STRENGTH features small group weight training classes led by Wildcard’s certified trainers, catered to challenge everyone from the beginner lifter to the pro athlete.

 

Whether area-focused or full body-based, all our classes work toward building both muscle and strength, as well as improving both mobility and form. Small class sizes allow for more one-on-one attention, which means instant form feedback and max gains.

SCULPT

SCULPT involves intense cardio intervals broken up with functional full body strength sequences incorporating a variety of equipment.

 

Flawlessly choreographed to fresh beat-driven music, these classes are strongly based on community, connections, inclusivity, and accessibility. Expect a one-of-a-kind fitness experience perfect for movers of all fitness levels.

CROSS TRAIN

CROSS TRAIN involves high intensity interval training, featuring run and resistance work on our state of the art treadmills, alongside structured weight training on the floor.

 

Expect a blend of treadmill drills incorporating runs, incline work, and sled pushes, interspersed with structured floor work incorporating heavy weight, resistance, and body weight drills.

RUN

RUN WILD is a Wildcard fan favourite and features all out treadmill work, incorporating runs, gradients, and sled pushes in interval-based fashion.

Looking to up your cardio game? This is just the thing. Each class is uniquely structured to level up your running capacity and test your cardiovascular strength. Expect high-intensity, fast-paced work from start to finish, and leave with that undeniable runner’s high.

MOBILITY

MOBILITY will level up your fitness game by working your ranges of motion through weighted dynamic and static stretches. The pros? You’ll train your body to be strong in new ways, meaning more potential for building muscle and overall strength.

Everyone always talks about the importance of recovery, so why not dedicate 50 minutes to intentional and dynamic stretching? These classes will help prevent injuries, reduce muscle soreness, and keep you ready to move wild.

BOOTCAMP

BOOTCAMP is a full body, full studio circuit-style class that combines weight training, cardio intervals, plyometric work, and more. Each class will be structured different and led by one of our certified trainers, offering a unique experience guaranteed to hit the sweet spot.

Expect to come ready to work, from the mezzanine to the heavy bag room: these classes incorporate circuit style work across all of our modalities, providing a one-of-a-kind fitness experience that will leave you sweating and satisfied.
